What are your rates?

For private pay patients, my rate is $150 for a 55-minute session or $125 for a 45-minute session.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in-network with several major insurance plans, including Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Optum, and Quest Behavioral Health. I am also able to provide a superbill for out-of-network reinbursements if I am not currently in-network with your insurance carrier.

What happens during the consultation?

The consultation is an opportunity for both of us to make sure that we’re a good fit. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy and provide more information about me and my approach to therapy. You don’t need to do anything special to prepare for the consultation!
